Mannendo is a long-established Japanese confectionery shop, founded in Kyoto in 1613 and relocated to Tokyo in the Meiji era (1868-1912). Omedeto (congratulations) is the shop’s signature product. It is made according to a recipe handed down from long ago, following traditional production methods. It is characterised by its light sweetness.
