Founded in 1802 by the DALLOYAU family, who served as waiters at the Palace of Versailles, DALLOYAU has been in business ever since. The “Fraise coeur” is a heart-shaped strawberry cake. It is a combination of strawberry syrup, strawberry compote, and strawberry mousse. A permanent store is located in Jiyugaoka.
