FOUNDRY operates four confectionery brands and was founded in 1986 by Plaisir, a company with roots in the flour milling industry. FOUNDRY has opened stores in five department stores nationwide. The “Peach and Tea Tart” is a seasonal sweet. Peach passion jam, black tea dough, custard cream, and peaches are used on top of the tart dough.
