This is a limited time-only sweet for Yatsudoki. This cake is made with Shine Muscat grapes grown in Katsunuma, Yamanashi Prefecture. It is a sweet grape without seeds and can be eaten with its skin intact, and is a popular variety registered in 2006. Fresh cream from Hokkaido is used.
