The name “Yatsudoki” is derived from “Yatsugatake,” a mountain range in Nagano and Yamanashi prefectures, and “Yatsukimoku,” which means snack time in the old calendar. The sweets are made with strawberries, pistachios, white chocolate, and other ingredients from the company’s own farm.
