Café Paulista was established in Ginza in 1910. It is said to be the oldest existing cafe in Japan. John Lennon and Ryunosuke Akutagawa are said to have frequented the cafe. The Opera uses a mocha butter cream made with Paulista coffee. Coffee is also used in the chocolate and syrup.
