Doutor Coffee is a coffee shop that operates in front of many train stations in major cities. There are more than 1,200 stores nationwide. The name “Doutor” comes from the name of the place where the founder worked on a coffee plantation in Brazil. The “Creamy Lemon Cake” is made with lemon paste custard and vanilla mousse.
