Ginza West was established in 1947. It was originally opened as a restaurant, but now operates as a confectionery department and a coffee shop. The “grape pie” is an in-store-only, seasonal product. It is made from “Black Beet,” a cross between Fujiminori and Pione, a representative Japanese black grape.
