HARBS originated as a small coffee shop in Nagoya, Japan. It has 38 stores in the Tokai region, Kansai, and Kanto, and one in New York. Fresh Fruit Cake” is a seasonal item. It is made with strawberries, oranges, kiwis, blueberries, and other fruits. The cake is quite large.
