HARBS originated as a coffee shop that opened in Nagoya in 1976. It has 38 stores in the Tokai region, Kansai, and Kanto, and one store in New York. The “Strawberry Cake” is a standard item. It consists of layers of sponge, strawberries, and whipped cream.
