The Palace Hotel, located in Marunouchi, Tokyo, was formerly a state-owned hotel that opened in 1947. In addition to the hotel, there is a permanent Palace Hotel sweets store in the Isetan Shinjuku store in Shinjuku. The “Marron Chantilly” is a traditional sweet made entirely from chestnuts and whipped cream.
