Paris Ogawaken has its roots in a Western-style restaurant founded in Shimbashi (Shiodome) in 1905. It is characterized by the fact that it uses almost no additives. The “chocolat soufflé” is an original cake that has been produced since Ogawaken’s establishment. It is made with a flourless dough.
