Seigetsudo is a long-established Japanese confectionery store that has been operating in Ginza since 1907. The store not only makes traditional wagashi, but is always challenging itself to create new wagashi. The Shine Muscat is a new grape variety registered in 2006. It is characterized by its large size and can be eaten with its skin intact. Seigetsudo Shine Muscat” uses one large grape.
