Tamuracho Kimuraya is a long-established confectionery established in 1900. The store was loved by cultural figures such as Mr. Hisashi Inoue. The “Gateau Basque” is filled with custard and dark cherries. It is a local dish of the Basque region near the Spanish and French borders.
