Yatsudoki is a store operated by Chateraise. Chateraise has its roots in a Japanese confectionery store in Yamanashi Prefecture. The “Mont Blanc with Ginyose Chestnuts” is made from “Ginyose chestnuts,” a typical Japanese chestnut that has been used since the Edo period (1603-1868).
