Paris Ogawaken has its roots in a Western-style restaurant established in Shimbashi (Shiodome) in 1905. Under the motto of “80% ingredients, 20% skill,” we use carefully selected raw materials. We use very few additives. Chocolat Souffle” is the original cake since the establishment of Paris Ogawaken. Bitter chocolate and fresh cream are used. No flour is used in the soufflé batter.
