Doutor Coffee Shop, which opened its first store in 1980 in Harajuku, Tokyo, is one of the chains that expanded the self-serve coffee culture in Japan. It currently has approximately 1,080 stores nationwide. This “Nutty Double Chocolate Cake” has three layers of mousse blended with two kinds of chocolate and cocoa sponge. There is also gold dust on top.
