Ginza West was established in 1947. The area around the store was called “Nishi-Ginza” at that time, hence the name. The “Matcha Chiffon Cake” is made with “Nishio no Matcha,” a brand of matcha from Aichi Prefecture. The chiffon is filled with chestnuts.
