Herbs is a bakery that originated in Nagoya in 1976.It operates 38 stores in the Tokai, Kansai, and Kanto regions, as well as one store in New York. The brand is known for offering generously sized cakes in Size 8 (24 centimeters in diameter). The “Milk Crepe” consists of six layers of thinly baked crepe batter alternated with fruit and mixed cream.
