Kageyamaro is famous for its shark’s fin ramen, and also sells takeout sweets at its GINZA SIX storefront. The sesame dumplings of Chinese cuisine are smiling. They are made with Ogura an (red bean paste) made from Hokkaido azuki beans and Earl Grey selected by the chef, who loves black tea.
