“Shonosuke Monaka” is the signature product of “Wagashi-tsukasa Manjuku-dokoro Shonosuke,” a long-established Japanese confectionery shop founded by the 22nd Kimura Shonosuke, a renowned sumo referee.It is characterized by its shape, which resembles the fan-shaped rake used by referees on the sumo ring. It is also a popular gift associated with sumo.
