Matsunosuke is an apple pie and sweets store produced by Akiko Hirano, which opened in Kyoto in 2000 and in Daikanyama in 2004. The products are also offered at DEAN and DELUCA’s Roppongi store. The Sour Cream Apple Pie is made with apples, sour cream, oatmeal, and walnuts.
