Ogawaken has its roots in a Western-style restaurant founded in Shimbashi (Shiodome) in 1905. Under the motto of “80% ingredients, 20% skill,” we use carefully selected ingredients. We use very few additives. The “Choco Eclair” is an eclair made with custard cream and high-quality cacao mass.
