Paris Ogawaken has its roots in a Western-style restaurant founded in Shimbashi (Shiodome) in 1905. It is characterized by the fact that it uses almost no additives. The Kiyomi Orange Tart is available in stores only during the season. It is filled with “Kiyomi orange,” a cross between a mandarin orange and an orange.
