Shizuka Western Pastry Shop opened in 2021, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The shop uses ingredients harvested through farming methods that minimize the environmental impact. Its pastries are characterized by their simple, rustic flavors. The shop operates four locations in central Tokyo. “Honey” is made with honey from Nara Prefecture.
