This is a creative confectionary created by Toraya in honor of the national holiday “Sea Day” on July 17, 2023. It depicts a scene of sparkling sea and white clouds. It is reminiscent of a summer scene spreading out to sea. The white portion tastes of refreshing lemon. At Japanese tea ceremonies, sweets that are both delicious and beautiful to look at are served.
