Mikasa-yama” is a type of “Dorayaki”, a kind of confectionery with a sweet bean paste wrapped in a doughy crust. Dorayaki is famous for being Doraemon’s favorite food. The product name “Mt. Mikasa” comes from a mountain in Nara Prefecture. This mountain has appeared in waka poems since ancient times.
