This is Morozov’s ‘Reissue Custard Pudding’. They use simple ingredients – eggs, milk and sugar – and use no preservatives. The glass container gives it a retro feel and was sold for a limited time in 2023.
The eggs were steamed using only the natural hardening power of the eggs.
