Ogawaken has its roots in a Western-style restaurant founded in Shimbashi (Shiodome) in 1905. Under the motto ‘80% ingredients, 20% skill’, carefully selected raw materials are used. Additives are rarely used here. The Strawberry Shortcake is a popular product using seasonal strawberries from contracted farmers.
