Quilfebon started out as a small cake shop in Shizuoka Prefecture in 1991. Today, it operates as a specialty shop for fruit tarts. Its signature feature is the use of seasonal fruits. The “Orange-Flavored Nectarine Tart” is also a seasonal item available in August. It features nectarines and a tangy cream.
