Shiono Confectionery is a long-established Japanese confectionery shop founded in Akasaka in 1947. Each month, the shop offers about 10 varieties of fresh sweets that celebrate the seasons.“Sazareishi” features nerikiri paste encased in transparent mizu-yokan. This summer fresh confection evokes the image of tiny stones in a clear stream.
