Chianti is a long-established Italian restaurant founded in 1960 in Azabudai (Iikura Katamachi), Tokyo. “Napolitana Baba” is a famous Neapolitan dessert soaked in a black tea syrup infused with rum. The syrup is thoroughly absorbed into the cake.
